BOOKING POLICIES:
CHILDREN Children of all ages are welcome at Petra Premium Hotel. Children up to 6 years old can stay for free using existing bedding. Children aged 6 to 11 will incur a charge of 15.00 JOD per child per night when using existing beds or available extra beds. Baby cribs are available upon request and subject to availability. Individuals aged 12 and above are considered adults by the Hotel.
EXTRA BEDDING Extra beds are available for Deluxe Rooms for a third occupant and are chargeable at 20.00 JD per night, including breakfast, unless stated otherwise. Single Rooms strictly do not allow extra bedding.
REQUESTS Requests submitted through the Hotel website booking engine are subject to availability, and the Hotel bears no responsibility if certain requests cannot be fulfilled.
ROOM OCCUPANCY The maximum number of occupants in each room type is as follows:
- Deluxe Triple Room: Up to 3 persons + Extra bed.
- Deluxe Twin Room: Up to 2 persons + Extra bed.
- Deluxe Double Room: Up to 2 persons + Extra bed.
- Deluxe Family Room: Up to 3 persons + Extra bed.
The Hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to any additional guests exceeding the maximum occupancy allowed for the room type.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT POLICIES:
AGE REQUIREMENT Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification (e.g., passport) to check-in. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Photo identification may be checked by the Hotel.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Check-in time is after 2:00 PM, and check-out time is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability. Late check-out may be accommodated after 12:00 PM for an additional fee, subject to availability.
GENERAL POLICIES:
DAMAGE TO HOTEL PROPERTY The Hotel reserves the right to charge guests for rectifying damage or soiling caused by deliberate, negligent, or reckless acts.
SAFE DEPOSIT BOX Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes or Safe Deposit Boxes provided at the Front Desk. The Hotel is not liable for the loss of personal valuables during the stay.
PARKING Free public parking is available onsite without reservation.
PETS Pets are not permitted on the hotel premises.
PROHIBITED ITEMS The Hotel prohibits the following items on its premises:
- Animals of any kind.
- Flammable, explosive, or hazardous materials.
- Objects emitting a foul odor.
- Unregistered firearms or other weapons.
- Objects of unusually large size or quantity.
- Articles related to illegal activities or substances.
The Hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to guests found in possession of prohibited items.
VISITORS All visitors must register at the Front Desk and leave guestrooms by 11:00 PM for security purposes.
HEALTH AND WELL-BEING POLICIES:
EXCESSIVE NOISE AND PARTIES The Hotel enforces a zero-tolerance policy towards excessive noise, parties, or disturbances. Guests causing disruptions may be asked to leave without refund.
INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR Guests engaging in inappropriate behavior may be asked to leave without a refund.
SMOKING Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. A $200 deep-cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in non-designated areas.
PAYMENT POLICIES:
CURRENCY AND TAX Rates are in US dollars and are subject to a 5% service charge, 8% VAT, and 7% City Tax.
CANCELLATION POLICY Guests can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will incur a charge equal to the total price of the reservation.
CREDIT CARD PRE-PAYMENT Guests must use a credit card to guarantee room reservations. The total price of the reservation will be charged 7 days before arrival.
THIRD-PARTY BOOKING SOURCES For reservations made through third-party sources, guests are advised to contact their booking source for cancellations or modifications before approaching Hotel staff.
